List of the nations of Ezekiel 38-39
Gog: Leader of Magog, Meshech and Tubal; a person, not the antichrist, though very persuasive
Magog: The ancient Scythians, modern day Russia Rosh (Heb )/ Rus (Gk): Chief, Head
Meshech and Tubal: Turkic, eastern Turkey, connected with Islam
Persia: Iran
Cush and Put: “Ethiopia,” “Libya;” essentially Africa ethnic and religious
Gomer: Eastern Europe, or possibly more specifically East Germany, and the Iron Curtain countries
Togarmah: Turks and Armenia
Sheba and Dedan: Arabian Peninsula, Saudi Arabia
Tarshish: Britannia, or possibly Spain
The Young Lions of Tarshish:
- -  If Tarshish is Britannia, then the young lions would likely speak of her offspring/colonies, such as the USA, Making this the only place the USA is possibly mentioned in prophecy
