Pavê is a French-inspired Brazilian sweet and its name derives from the word pavage (French), which means “floor”, that is, an assembly of stones and concrete that, in turn, resembles the layers of cream and cookies or pieces of cake that make up the dessert.

Ingredients:

395g condensed milk
1 tablespoon of corn starch
400 ml of milk
4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
200g of sour cream
150g of champagne biscuit
chocolates to taste

Third layer:

150g melted chocolate
200g of sour cream
chocolate sprinkles to taste
