I was just curious if Washington State was going to allow doctors to practice without any exams or certificates also. I mean, why not? No one has to be qualified for anything if you have the right skin color or sleep with the right people. So we are becoming a DEI idiocracy, where the least qualified people, because they don't have to be, will get the best jobs automatically, and the most qualified, the white guys who get no special treatment and are not hired now because they are white guys, will have to start their own businesses to get fair treatment. White guys to get a job will have to be better than every other category of persons, and will be the smartest, hardest working group. A recent court decision which we shall go over with both Jonathon Moseley in The Legal Report, and John Delmonico with our new Crime Report. First we'll get the legal opinion on this blatantly illegal opinion from Jonathon, and then I'll ask John what this will mean for crime if illegals are given American Constitutional Rights to which they aren't allowed. Let me make this simple. Federal law prohibits people from being in the country illegally. Therefore they are non-persons as far as the law is concerned because they have no status here by definition. They aren't citizens, obviously, they aren't immigrants because that requires a legal process, they aren't on student or work visas, and they aren't tourists who crossed legally at a point of entry. It is irrational to say people who can't be here, have rights of citizenship here. The Constitution is very clear. In the very first sentence it says: "We the People of the United States!" Not we the people, we the people of the world, all people, or any other such nonsense. Full constitutional rights are only available to citizens, partial rights to permanent residents, and some criminal provisions for visa holders and tourists. Illegal aliens however HAVE NO RIGHTS HERE! It is well known that a large number of people associated with Bill and Hillary Clinton, usually when about to give evidence or information about them, have died under mysterious circumstances that are impossible to believe as suicides. These are two rather startling stories, and strangely they are connected. America would never elect Biden President. The Dems know this, which is why they had to steal the election in 2020. I know this is "Super Tuesday," and the results we all know will be announced tonight. I know there are a ton of things in the news to talk about. But we are neither a news service, nor a talk show, we are a citizen legislature, and as such, all topics, ok most topics, in some way relate to freedom and prosperity. One of the questions I had before I turned 18 was why I didn't have free speech rights. I had opinions in high school and junior high. I wrote position papers. I wrote Letters to the Editor which were published. I was already political. But the schools said that we had no free speech rights as we were minors, and the school was in charge. The federal government, in this case the FAA is about to do something very right. I know, I know, they never do anything right. Well, as a flight instructor and pilot who used FAA control towers, airports, weather, and a whole bunch of services, before the FAA went woke and DEI under the false administration, they did a pretty good job. There was one glaring failure, and that is to protect and promote general aviation, in other words private flying and small business, charter, and other operations. So, non-airline and air cargo big operations. The Private Pilot Certificate and private flying have become prohibitively expensive. And once you get your certificate it costs a fortune to keep it current. At the same time a whole entire class of new technology airplanes have come on the scene, mostly in Europe because they don't have the same restrictions we do. So, if all goes well, and the FAA Mosaic Rule goes into effect, we should see a BOOM in general aviation. Not one piece of legislation, not one budget bill or cut, not one communique, not one statement, I don't even know if they had a theme, so with people from all over the world, including world leaders and officials, CPAC accomplished -- Nothing... It is meaningless to watch an endless line of speakers saying "we will take our country back" when they don't take the country back by not providing any mechanism to do so! It is useless to bring that many people together, to hold potentially the most innovative workshops in the world, to produce documents of freedom that everyone can take back to their countries and begin to take their freedom back, and let it flourish in ways as yet unimagined. It is a total waste of time, energy, potential, travel, media, and effort... except for one entity -- CPAC. The whole reason the event exists I believe is to make CPAC money. They only hold one event for the year, and this is it. CPAC stands for the Conservative Political Action Conference. But the only true action is the money it brings in for CPAC itself. Nothing was accomplished. It is simply a marketing device to make enough money that the CPAC people can cruise for months and then gear up to do it all again next year. I've been going over the recent Hawaii Supreme Court opinion, that the Second Amendment doesn't apply to them and there is no right to own and carry firearms. It appears there is a group out there called "The Society of Problem Solvers." They have money behind them too! Oh boy! And they wrote an article in January called "We Should Write Our Own Bills for Congress, Just Like the Corporations Do." That sounds familiar. I discovered this group when they responded to a post I made on a Naomi Wolf article she wrote about her election integrity legislation on Daily Clout. Naomi, like me, take our citizen legislators to elected legislators at the federal, state and local level, and work through our constitutional republic system of government. My question is whether this other group does. I suspect not, because one article calls for "direct democracy," in other words, communist dictatorship in progress. Hence maybe, "progressives."
