Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 large cloves garlic, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1-2 ½ pounds London broil/top round

For the Garlic Herb Butter
¼ cup butter at room temperature
1 small garlic clove minced
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions
1. Season and Tenderize the meat.

2. In a small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper and whisk together.

3. Pour the mixture into a gallon-sized zip bag and add the meat. Close the bag, pressing all excess air out.

3. Set in refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours.

4. Remove meat from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

5. Set oven to broil. Place rack about 6-7 inches from broiler coil.
Remove London broil from the bag and let excess marinade drip off.

6. Place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Broil for about 3 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until a digital meat thermometer reads 135F for medium rare.

7. Place on cutting board, cover lightly with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

8. For butter, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir together. Place on top of resting meat and serve.

9. Cut the meat against the grain into strips ¼ in thick.

10. Plate the meal.
