“After the heroes defeat Shiva, atop of his dojo, the Grandmaster of Chinatown revels himself in excitement, saying it's been a long time since he had a worthy opponent. Axel then asks if Shiva is still living a life of crime and if he's working for the Y Syndicate, to which the Grandmaster replies he doesn't, and that he does not approve their methods.

Shiva goes to explain that after the death of their father, Mr. X, the Y Twins developed an obsession to control others, and that they developed a machine capable of controlling people's minds through sound waves, and that they planned devices all over the city, such as the speakers the heroes found while venturing through the sewers. Shiva goes on how the twins are planning to use those devices in a broadcast of mind-controlling music city. He finishes by pointing the gargantuan Y Tower, which is where the twins reside.

Axel thanks Shiva, who bows in respect, and the group takes a ride atop of the skytrain below in order to quickly reach the Y Tower and stop the twins.”
