The Jewish student knows that
the word, Science, is an exact translation of the Hebrew term,
Chachmah, which means divine wisdom or truth. The word
Science, in a religious sense, is strictly Jewish in origin and
the entire phrase Jewish Science is in keeping with the faith and practise of Judaism. The first edition of Jewish Science
or Divine Healing in Judaism contained only the germ of a
larger idea. Yet, limited as it was, the first book was the means of keeping in the faith of Israel many who were
