Kiev has been pressuring the US to be able to use the weapons the US provided it with, to strike inside Russian territory. Up until now, the Biden Admin response has always been “no” — however now, it’s actively “reviewing” it. Biden can afford for neither US/NATO to formally enter the war, nor for Kiev to fall — at least before November. Both would be electoral suicide.
