Recipes:
Ham, egg, and Cheese Muffin Cups-

Broccoli Cheese Soup with Bacon-
5 slices bacon, cut into pieces and brown
Add; cook until softened
1 small to medium onion, diced
1 cup of carrots, diced
1 large stalk celery
minced garlic
Add:
1 tsp xanthan gum
salt
pepper
32 oz. chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
Stir and slowly add in
1 1\2 cup shredded cheese
Simmer for 10 minutes
Top with bacon

Asparagus Alfredo Bake-
1 pound asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Sauce-
Minced Garlic
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Melt together
Add 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Mix and pour over asparagus.
Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes.

Pumpkin, Chocolate, Nut Bark-
8 oz. Lily's Pumpkin spice chips, melted
8 oz. Lily's Semi sweet chocolate chips, melted.
Mix together. Spread onto jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper.
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup salted peanuts
Spread nuts over the top. Drizzle the top of it with 2oz. melted pumpkin chips. Place in the fridge until hard. Cut or break into pieces.
